Here's the result of Septembers Battlefield Trophy competition:
1st: Keith with his 1/144 Soyuz TM with scratchbuilt launch pad
2nd: James with his 1/35, PzII Ausf L Luchs
3rd: Pete with his 1/76 Bedford MK Tactical Aircraft Refueller

Here's the result for the June Revell competition:
1st, Ian with his 1/72 Bradley
2nd, Peter with his 1/72 M60
3rd Jointly, Peter and Steve with a 1/76 M16 Quad and 1/76 Panzer III respectively.
Unfortunately Keith didn't send me a pic of Steve's Panzer III so I cant post one
Well done guys.
And a reminder that Septembers Thursday meeting will be the Battlefield Trophy Competition which is open to all scales and subjects. Also our next themed competition will be for Decembers Thursday meet where the theme will be " a model of any subject from the year (or era) you were born" and remember it's the subject that has to be from that era, not the kit itself :)

The winner of the Airfix competition was Bernie with a 1/76 Centurion:
Second was Luc with a 1/72 Grumman Duck on a (scratchbuilt) barge:
And third was Chris with a 1/600 RMS Mauretania:
Well done Bernie and thanks to everyone who brought a model along, I hope to see as many entries in the Revell competition at the June 16th meeting.

Hi Everyone,
Hope you had a good New Year and Christmas. I look forward to seeing you all at our first meeting of 2011 on January 4th. And remmber it's the Airfix competition on our Thursday meeting in February, so get building if you haven't already started.
